The Mayor of uMshwathi, Mr Mandla Zondi, together with councillors and municipal officials led by the Municipal Manager, Mr Mafezwe Khanyile, introduced contractors to the communities of Swayimane in Ward 13, led by Councillor Nomusa Khanyile, as well as Zwathini in Ward 14, led by Councillor Zanele Mbewane.
The Mayor of uMshwathi, Mr Mandla Zondi, together with councillors and municipal officials led by the Municipal Manager, Mr Mafezwe Khanyile, introduced contractors to the communities of Swayimane in Ward 13, led by Councillor Nomusa Khanyile, as well as OZwathini in Ward 14, led by Councillor Zanele Mbewane.
Communities from these areas warmly welcomed the initiative taken by the municipality, as they had long requested assistance due to the difficulties experienced when heavy rains occur.
